Have you completed our Beginner Basics Course and looking to continue your Sewing Adventures?

Have you developed some skills, know the basics - but want to learn more?  

Want to start to learn to make your clothes for babies and toddlers?

Throughout the course you will sew five projects suitable for new borns to toddlers and will also be provided with comprehensive information on essentials such as fabric, thread, using patterns and fastenings.  This confidence building beginners course is the perfect place to learn to sew and make all things baby!

This course is taught by Gail who is the owner of Flosstyle Patterns.  Flosstyle is where you can find practical and versatile patterns for everyone to use and this course focuses on baby and toddler clothing in sizes 1 to 4. 

The Projects include:

• Boutique Baby Bibs
• Zoo Romper in woven fabric
• Baby Beanie in stretch fabric
• Sprouts Baby Leggings in stretch fabric
• Super Suit in stretch fabric

Your will receive a pdf copy of all the patterns used in this course. Babies up to the age of six months are allowed in this course but for safety they must be in a pram or carrier.

You will need to bring/supply:

• Your sewing machine although we do offer the hire of studio machines if required the cost is $10/class
• Materials such as fabric and elastic for the class projects (the estimated cost of materials is $50). Details of these will be provided after booking.
• Pins, bobbins, dressmaking shears, thread etc.
