The Brisbane Sewing Destash Market is our baby and it is important that stallholders become part of our team. This means that we work together, support each other, market the event together and work together to make it the best DAY ever!
With this new system there is no log-in and all tasks will be completed within the Stallholder Portal. These include:
Our Stallholder Application which includes out Stallholder Pack and our Terms and Conditions
Once completed you will be send a confirmation email for your records
We will then assess your application and confirm your booking, site area and send your invoice
Invoices will need to be paid within 7 days to secure your stall booking
Within the portal you will have the opportunity to select joining us for Public Liability and requesting tables. Please ensure you read the Stallholder Info Pack as part of the application and request the items you need for your booking.
We need to remind you that you need to bring all your own equipment - unless requested on your application form. This includes weights for all outside marquees - a requirement of the Mt Gravatt Showgrounds.
Your application is IMPORTANT - it is vital that you are a sewing or craft related business:
Your products must be sewing or craft related
Your stall may have handmade product but it must not represent more than 10% of your product
Products are sale items, discounted products and marked down items
